The product shown here is a food bumper. The bumper snaps over most round dishes up to about 8 inches in diameter. Once snapped over a dish, the bumper keeps food from being knocked off the plate. In addition, a patient with weak muscles or poor hand coordination can push the food up against the bumper to get the food on a fork or spoon.
