   National Pace Association[ PACE]
PACE is short for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, a model of care that believes seniors needing chronic care are best served in their own community. PACE helps individuals age 55 or older who need nursing home care. Although many such cases need nursing home care, many live at home in the community. PACE programs help eligible elderly pay for nursing home care and also helps coordinate such care. You can search for a PACE program in your state and zip code. PACE is a very valuable resource you should know about.
